May I visit the venue?

Absolutely! We would love to schedule a time for you to come out and experience the beauty of our venue for yourself. How many events do you host a day?

Just one.

Can we choose our vendors?

Yes! As we are a venue only, we give you the flexibility to choose any vendor that you feel will best represent your event. While we do not require you to use any particular vendor, we do ask that any vendor you would like to use be pre-approved by The Gardens at Madeley Manor management prior to booking them and provide necessary credentials. We reserve the right to approve or deny the use of other outside vendors.

Can we bring in food and beverages while getting ready in the dressing suites?

Refreshments are allowed however, any alcoholic beverages must be served by an approved bartending service.

Do you permit smoking at your venue?

Smoking is not permitted inside any building on the grounds of the venue. Special smoking areas are designated outside.

What types of events do you host?

We are a very popular location for weddings, however, we also host a number of other events such as anniversary parties, birthday parties, luncheons, business meetings, bridal and baby showers, to name a few. Our venue is quite adaptable so contact us if you have something particular in mind.

What is the maximum number of guests you can accommodate?

150 maximum. See here for more information about capacity in the various areas of the venue

Can I bring in my own alcohol?

Clients may bring in their own alcohol to be served during the event however, any alcohol must be served by an approved bartending service. The number of bartenders required will be dependent on the size and scope of the event and will be determined by The Gardens at Madeley Manor management and your vendor.

Is security included?

No, security is additional and required for each event with the number of officers needed being dependent on the size and scope of your event. Security will be coordinated through The Gardens at Madeley Manor management

Where do we park?

Guest parking is available in our self-parking lot located on the W. Austin side of the venue in addition to the lot directly across our entrance and street parking in the neighborhood. The Manor’s circle drive is available for guest drop-off or use by any hired valet services.
